Course OverviewDBA702 equips doctoral-level business leaders with the tools, frameworks, and mindsets required to anticipate uncertainty, navigate complexity, and design strategies for long-term resilience. Unlike traditional strategic planning, this course focuses on strategic foresight, future scanning, scenario thinking, and anticipatory leadership, enabling executives to act decisively in volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous (VUCA) environments.
Students will apply foresight methodologies directly to their case company (used throughout the DBA program), culminating in a future-ready leadership and strategy framework grounded in research, data, and systems thinking.
